1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the top1toto online gaming platform, operated at top1toto.cam ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between top1toto and each registered member ("Member", "you", "your").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through top1toto, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, crash games, and any other gaming products made available on the Platform from time to time.

Registration of an Account on top1toto is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering, you represent and warrant to top1toto that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. top1toto strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or director of top1toto.
• You do not currently hold an existing Account on top1toto. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only.
• Your participation in online gaming is lawful under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, identity document number, and contact details — is true, accurate, complete, and up to date.

4. Account Rules

The following rules govern the registration and ongoing maintenance of your Account on top1toto:

1. Single Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. If you discover the existence of a duplicate Account registered in your name, you must immediately notify top1toto's customer support. Failure to do so may be treated as a breach of these Terms.
2. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. top1toto shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
3. Contact Details. You are required to keep your registered contact information, including email address and telephone number, current and accurate. top1toto communicates important account and promotional information via registered contact details.
4. Account Verification. top1toto may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, granting access to certain promotions, or in response to regulatory requirements. Required documents may include a valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method.
5. Dormant Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. top1toto reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing dormant account policy, details of which are available from customer support.
6. Account Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be returned to you, subject to completion of KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigations.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

top1toto supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

1. Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
2. Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
3. Withdrawal Verification. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. top1toto will not process withdrawals to accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
4. Processing Times. top1toto endeavours to process withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes via DuitNow and FPX. Processing times for other methods may vary. top1toto is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5. Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). top1toto does not charge foreign exchange fees, but members using non-MYR payment methods may incur conversion charges from their payment provider.
6. Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account originate from a legitimate source and that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used. top1toto reserves the right to investigate the source of deposited funds and may suspend accounts pending such investigation.
7. Failed Transactions. top1toto is not liable for failed deposit transactions resulting from incorrect payment details provided by the Member, insufficient funds, or restrictions imposed by the Member's bank or payment provider.

6. Bonus Terms

top1toto offers various promotions and bonuses to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms applicable to each individual promotion:

1. Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion will be stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms. A wagering requirement of "10x" means the bonus amount must be wagered ten (10) times in total before withdrawal is permitted.
2. Eligible Games. Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, live sports betting wagers contribute 100% and certain slot titles contribute 100%, while other game categories may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.
3. Validity Period. All bonuses have a validity period within which the wagering requirement must be fulfilled. Bonuses that are not utilised or whose wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
4. Welcome Bonus. The welcome bonus is available to new members only, on their first qualifying deposit. Each member is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once. Subsequent deposits, or deposits made by Members found to have previously held an Account on the Platform, will not qualify for the welcome bonus.
5. Bonus Abuse. top1toto strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to the systematic exploitation of bonus terms, hedging, or the use of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times. Where bonus abuse is identified, top1toto reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to close the associated Account.
6. Withdrawal Restriction. Where a Member holds a combination of real-money funds and bonus funds in their Account, withdrawals will be processed from real-money funds only. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds will not be released for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules govern the placing of wagers and participation in gaming activities on the top1toto Platform:

1. Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by top1toto. top1toto reserves the right to decline or limit any wager, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
2. Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and gaming products. Applicable limits are displayed at the point of wager placement and are subject to change at the discretion of top1toto.
3. Palpable Errors. In the event of a manifest error in odds, stake limits, or other material terms of a bet — whether caused by human error or system malfunction — top1toto reserves the right to void any affected wagers. Any funds paid out in relation to a palpably erroneous bet may be reclaimed by top1toto.
4. Integrity. top1toto takes match-fixing and event manipulation extremely seriously. Where top1toto has reason to believe that a market has been manipulated, it reserves the right to void all related wagers and to withhold any funds pending investigation.
5. Results & Settlement. The settlement of bets is conducted in accordance with the official results published by the relevant sporting authority or game provider. top1toto's determination of the outcome of any bet is final.
6. Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a gaming session, top1toto's system records will be used to determine the state of play at the time of disconnection. top1toto is not liable for losses resulting from network instability on the Member's side.
7. Responsible Use of Information. top1toto provides live scores, statistics, and match information as a convenience. This information is provided without warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for wagering decisions.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Members of top1toto are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violations may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of the offending Account, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether directly or through the use of a third party.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic device to place bets, interact with the Platform, or exploit any feature of the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Members or third parties for the purpose of defrauding top1toto or other Members.
• Exploiting or attempting to exploit any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform's software or systems.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Placing wagers on behalf of another person without that person's express consent and knowledge.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party, or permitting any third party to access or use your Account.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of top1toto.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the top1toto Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio-visual content, software, game interfaces, and associated source code, is the intellectual property of top1toto or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit Members to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of top1toto.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any automated data collection tools (including web scrapers or crawlers) on the Platform without express written authorisation.
• Use top1toto's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, top1toto excludes all liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from the unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or events outside top1toto's reasonable control (including but not limited to telecommunications failures, government actions, or natural disasters).
• Any errors in odds, results, or game outcomes caused by third-party data providers or game suppliers, save as expressly provided in these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit top1toto's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where top1toto is found liable despite the above exclusions, the maximum aggregate liability of top1toto to a Member in respect of any and all claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

11. Suspension & Termination

top1toto reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Member's Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the Member.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information to top1toto at any time.
• Failure by the Member to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
• Where top1toto has reason to believe the Account is being used for fraudulent purposes or in connection with illegal activity.
• Where top1toto is required to do so by a competent regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency.
• Where the Member has requested self-exclusion under top1toto's Responsible Gambling programme.

Upon termination of an Account, any outstanding balance will be reviewed. Where termination has been effected due to a breach by the Member, top1toto reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, to forfeit the balance in its entirety.

A Member may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, outstanding balances will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the relevant jurisdiction of the Platform's operator.

In the event of a dispute between top1toto and a Member, the Member should first contact top1toto's customer support team at [email protected] to seek resolution. top1toto endeavours to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.

For the avoidance of doubt, the decision of top1toto as to the outcome of any bet, wager, or gaming round is final and binding and shall not be subject to challenge except in cases of manifest error.

13. Amendments to These Terms

top1toto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the Platform and/or by email to the registered email address on file.

Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

top1toto will maintain and publish the date on which these Terms were most recently updated, visible at the top of this page. Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
